District fixer assignments, meeting locations and how to unlock their gig rewards, including Mr. Hands in Phantom Liberty.
How fixers work
Fixer gigs appear as map activities and usually arrive in batches as you finish earlier jobs. Read each message before entering: optional objectives can change the payout and the fixer's response. Use the journal to track the active gig.
Completion rewards
Finish a district fixer's entire gig list to receive their completion message and reward job. Wakako awards Byakko, El Capitán awards Bloody Maria, and Padre awards Seraph; collect stash rewards when the job directs you to V's apartment.
Phantom Liberty adds Mr. Hands' Dogtown gigs and El Capitán's vehicle delivery contracts. Vehicle contracts are repeatable activities, separate from his Santo Domingo district gig completion.
Fixer list
Regina Jones — Watson, with an office in Kabuki; also coordinates cyberpsycho sightings citywide. Wakako Okada — Westbrook, at the Japantown pachinko parlor on Jig-Jig Street. Dino Dinovic — City Center, based at the Electric Orgasm bar in Downtown. Padre — Heywood, based in the district. El Capitán — Santo Domingo, overlooking Rancho Coronado. Dakota Smith — Badlands, at her garage. Mr. Hands — Pacifica and Phantom Liberty's Dogtown; his meeting suite is at the Heavy Hearts club. Rogue is based at the Afterlife in Watson and offers separate mercenary work rather than serving as City Center's district fixer.
