Ripperdocs & Cyberware Guide

How ripperdoc inventory works in version 2.0 and later, where to visit a clinic, and cyberware priorities for hacking, stealth and melee builds.

Choosing cyberware

Since update 2.0, cyberware capacity limits how much chrome you install. Prioritize the Operating System slot first — Sandevistan, Berserk or a Cyberdeck define your build.

Build priorities

Netrunner: equip a Cyberdeck, then support RAM recovery and quickhack use with compatible frontal-cortex cyberware. Read each implant's attribute bonuses before buying.

Stealth shooter: choose a Cyberdeck for camera control or a Sandevistan for time-slowing combat; these occupy the same Operating System slot. Add mobility and survivability before filling every slot.

Melee: choose a weapon-compatible Berserk or Sandevistan, then prioritize armor, healing and stamina support. Keep within your displayed capacity and use tier upgrades as you level rather than relying on an outdated fixed shopping list.

Where to go

Viktor Vektor's clinic is behind Misty's Esoterica in Little China, Watson. Fingers operates on Jig-Jig Street in Japantown, Westbrook; Doc Chao is in Kabuki, Watson. In version 2.0 and later, base-game ripperdocs share level-gated stock, so you do not need Fingers for exclusive implants. Phantom Liberty's Dogtown clinics add expansion cyberware.
